In my opinion there is nothing cuter than to see someone drive around in a miniature convertible. The convertible is a car not generally seen so much here in the UK, but are no strangers to the eye abroad, where the sun generally shines a bit more, but it's a car most people want. That is if watching Hollywood movies is anything to go by. In this country however you're not likely to get a lot of use out of that retractable roof. At the times you can though it would be worth it, and the cars are still attractive and enjoyable to drive even with the top up. Convertibles normally have an average to above average body size. The convertible in the form of a Mini though is surprisingly cool. It probably shouldn't work, but it actually does. Then again I have found quite often that things look better in miniature. Who is to say that a convertible isn't the same?

There are several advantages to having a convertible from Mini. For example when you get into a Mini quite often you can feel a little low down, a tad cramped and maybe a bit vulnerable because all the other cars are so much bigger. None of these feelings even cross your mind when you get into the Mini Convertible. With the top down you gain a freer perspective of the world. When I was a passenger in one I felt like we were more visible than I ever have in an ordinary Mini Hatchback or Saloon car Autel MaxiSys Pro. More importantly you can fit four people in without it feeling cramped. They are fun to drive too, having more power than some other makes who commission the bigger convertible. This may be due to its light stature but if that's the case I am not complaining. The fun is furthered by the gadgets that come with them. The CD player and radio tends to come equipped with a USB port, perfect for you to plug your mp3 player in if you want a little musical variation whilst on the road, with volume that is clear. The only disadvantage to this is you might annoy other drivers with the music if you ride with the top down, but with the roof closed its perfect.

I do find the Mini Convertibles are designed more for a female market than for men. But that's the case with most Mini's, due to the assumption that a woman will be smaller and maybe feel a little safer in a smaller less intimidating car autointhebox coupon code. The convertibles seem it more so, due to outward appearances. Aesthetically it is very attractive, pretty is probably the right word even if the exterior finish is a more masculine black.

The Mini Convertible is available from most of Mini's models including the Cooper the Mini One, and the Mini Cooper S. I f I was to recommend the Mini Convertible in any model, it would be the Mini Cooper S.

I have many fond memories of my school days. You see by cunningly playing sports, music and talking too much in class, I managed to transcend different social groups and in turn the bullies that preyed on kids from one particular group seemed to pass me by. What I don't have fond memories of however is how I went to and from my school, starting with a wet and windy bus stop, going via a used car supermarket and arriving at my destination cold and hungry.

Living in a town outside Cardiff has many benefits such as cheaper house prices and being quieter, but my parents insisted the schools weren't much cop locally so off I went everyday on an hour long bus journey to and from Cardiff. The bus itself had seen two world wars and the birth of Christ from the looks of it and offered hard wooden seats, a cold draft and windows that somehow managed to condense in the summer as well as winter.

The banter on the bus was the only thing that kept us going I think, but there was always trouble of some kind, culminating in the bus driver taking photos of individuals, so he had evidence of the shenanigans we got up to - at least that's what he told us they were for.

As bad as the bus was though, it was the endless trudging to the bus stop first thing in the morning that got to me the most Autel MaxiDiag MD808. From beneath my duffel coat, scarf, gloves and ten jumpers, morning after morning I saw drivers in their warm cars sliding past gracefully, laughing at the radio as the rain lashed down on me. I vowed that once I was older and I had a job, I'd be driving in a nice car through puddles splashing school kids myself.

Through the condensed windows on the bus I'd spy all manner of cars throughout the countless journeys and changed my mind daily on what I wanted. Then on a particularly cold and icy day as I looked at the used car supermarket we passed daily I saw the curves of a car I'd never seen before, adorned with a badge I'd never seen - it looked like a ‘H' but wasn't Honda. The car was a two door coupe that was simply the best looking car I'd ever seen in the flesh.

Everyday we'd drive past and I'd see this magic car with no identity wondering what planet it'd come from and that once the ice covering it had thawed someone really ought to notice an alien craft at their supermarket. The car it transpired was from a foreign land - not Mars or Jupiter, but Korea - it was the new Hyundai Coupe and the world was agog at Hyundai's audacity of making a car this good looking when their history was founded in a sea of grey autel maxidas ds808, boxy pensioner-mobiles.

Fast forward ten years and I own a first generation Coupe and I love it. The car has been dubbed the ‘Korean Ferrari' which despite my undying love for the car is complete rubbish. The curves are beautiful alright, but it's no Ferrari and the performance and price tag differential reflect this. What this car does though is make you feel special. The front headlights look like tear drops; the bonnet has two bulges very similar to a Porsche 911 and the sides taper gracefully to the rear light clusters hiding under a spoiler that could easily be a sculpture in its own right.

Engines range from a 1.6 litre to a 2 litre, although the car to look out for is the limited edition F2 Evolution which has an extra 17bhp pushed from the 2 litre engine, resulting in 155bhp. The F2 Evolution is even prettier than the standard car, with bigger wheels, front bumper, rear spoiler and oval racing exhaust. It was designed by Peter Stevens who designed the McLaren Formula One cars of the mid 90's and the super car of the same name and Hyundai's World Rally Championship team.

As standard you get, well everything really: leather seats, air conditioning, cruise control, ABS, plenty of bits moved electrically and a CD player. All derivatives have exceptional handling, with the car sticking to the road like glue no matter how hard you push it. This is the one main criticism of the Coupe - a lack of power, as the chassis could easily handle more.

The car is near bullet-proof when it comes to reliability too. Yes it's a Korean car so the materials used for the interior are especially cheap, but I challenge you to find a better styled, handling and equipped car for the money. Oh yes the cost is by far the best bit. Even if you track down one of the rare 1,500 F2 Evolution versions, you still won't pay more than £3000, with a bog standard 1.6 litre version £2000 tops.

There's a well known advert that says to be doing what you really want is priceless. The reality is that it'll cost between £2000 and £3000.

I have always dreamt of owning a powerful and completely unashamedly over the top American Muscle car. What is interesting is that this dream covers cars from the 60s right through to the modern creations of today, suggesting that the central theme and general approach to the design is what I like, rather than the designs specifics. A need elongated vintage Mustang looks as good to me as the new chunkier models of today, and I respect each ere for the approaches and priorities that they really stood for.

One of my favourite American muscles cars, aside from the obvious (but darn sexy) Ford Mustang, is actually the Dodge Challenger. Whilst the Dodge brand in the UK is much more restrained and consequently much less exciting, the American brand continues to produce cars like the challenger - ostentation, dramatic, and totally in your face! This is why I love it, and one day I hope to organise importing one over from the US no matter what the price.

So, let's start with the looks. You have probably seen a Challenger on TV before, as they are used all over the shop in films and television to portray the American spirit in a car - a feat which I think they do very well! You have that typical muscled shape in this car - with a chunky low down stance, aggressive front grill and elongated hood, all of which lead back to a small but perfectly situated windscreen and drivers seat. The shape is so traditional for this type of car that I almost expect to see flames coming out of the back like in some Grease-esque moment from the 60's - and the backwards leaning shape makes me expect it to rear up and whinny at any moment!

Those looks are great, although critics do like to comment on the similarity to the equally gorgeous Ford Mustang, the new version of which was also released at around about the same time. If you aren't particularly precious about design features, however, then you should be able to appreciate this for the beautiful and beasty car that this one is.

The specs of this car thankfully manage to live up to the expectations that were unavoidably raised when we saw the beautiful styling. Under the hood is an astonishing (and possibly slightly unnecessary) 6.1 litre V8 engine, which not only looks obviously impressive if you are into showing off your engine, but has the performance to match all the expectations. This delivers a significant 425 Horsepower, and I doubt anyone is going to be disappointed with those figures. Of course, as will all muscle cars like this Autel Diaglink, the drive isn't exactly smooth - but to get the max out of this type of engine you need to expect a wild and hard to tame beast that needs the expert touch to make it deliver launch x431 pro plus. This isn't for the faint hearted!

Hopefully you can see why this car is one of my favourites. Not only is it beautiful, but it has specs that can make people wince!

This summers must have drink in my household is pear cider. It comfortably alleviates the fizz that accompanies a traditional brew and yet is still refreshing and tastes like pear drops. In fact I can think of no more pleasant an experience that sitting in the sunshine outside my local watering hole supping pear cider.

This then was the scene last Saturday when my idyllic afternoon turned into a heated debate where I feared for my cider Autel Diaglink. Throughout the afternoon a few of us had been putting the world to rights, ranging from politics to football to why pirates wear eye patches. Then the subject of buying a used car cropped up and I happened to mention that a used car supermarket is the place to go. Cue uproar and verbal jostling. The state of our economy or that Manchester United were going to win the Champions league paled in comparison to the used car supermarket debate.

It appears that a lot of people have a problem with supermarkets per se claiming they strangle local businesses and I guess there's some truth in the argument. Where for example do you buy your fruit and vegetables from? I know it's going to take twice as long to go the butchers and greengrocers than it is to walk down adjacent aisles and pick up my weekly 5-a-day supplies. In fact my life is bought from supermarkets - hence why they're ‘super' presumably. Petrol, CDs, home wares and food all come from the same source, because it's not only convenient but a darn sight cheaper than going to a dedicated music shop or petrol station.

It'd be nice to use a local shop but time just doesn't allow. Buying a used car is also a time-consuming and expensive exercise, hence my declaration that a used car supermarket will do for your car buying what a regular supermarket does for your home. The first thing to consider is the price of your used car and how much more metal you can usually get at a used car supermarket.

A main dealer is always the most expensive option, with a warranty and nicely valeted selection of nearly-new cars awaiting you autel ds808. A private sale is the cheapest option but you obviously have no warranty and the worry that the police will be knocking your door, advising not to buy a stolen car in future and then taking your £10,000 purchase away with no refund. There are mechanisms in place to reduce this risk, such as AA and HPI checks and a logbook, but the risk remains for some.

This is where the used car supermarket comes to the fore. Meeting your wallet and your buying concerns halfway, you get a years warranty and a wide selection of vehicles to choose from that are cheaper than at the individual dealer. The reason for the reduced cost is that cars are bought in bulk and are priced to sell with the supermarket generally having a ‘no-haggling' policy. If you like what you see, that's the price you pay. It's no secret that with a sea of Ford Mondeos and Vauxhall Vectras in attendance, high mileage fleet cars abound in these supermarkets. Personally I don't have a problem with this as a modern day Ford or Vauxhall are not only well styled and good to drive, but reliable too. A few thousand commuter motorway miles are not testing to the suspension, engine or gearbox - just the commuter's sanity as they drive the same tarmac over and over and over…

Ok, so I've addressed the high mileage issue - although remember much like a cheap designer clothes shop, there's always a real diamond whilst looking through the less popular styles to be found. Another myth of visiting used car supermarkets is that customer service is poor and you face opposition if you want a test drive. Now I'm occasionally naïve but wasn't born yesterday and realise that both the above could very well have happened to customers up and down the country, after all who hasn't experienced poor customer service in their lives? That said, from personal experience I haven't had a problem with either the service or wanting a test drive and suggest this doesn't put you off.

This was the argument put to my friends around the bench on that sunny afternoon and I think they're converted. I hope you will consider the used car supermarket option too.

As for the pirates and their eye patches, it wasn't always because they'd lost an eye. Google it…

Do you read about cars online? The world is full of blogs, websites and online magazines at the moment, and if you haven't discovered the glut of online automotive content then you are almost definitely missing out. Amongst the independent magazines - such as Car Dealer Magazine, Automotive Management, Autotrader or What Car, there are plenty of little individually owned blogs that create cynical and often very educational/informative information on all sorts of areas of the automotive industry. Then, on top of all of those, are the websites and magazines dedicated to single car brands, which care generally established and edited directly by the manufacturers, with a dedicated editorial team.

The online magazine of this description that I most recently found is the BMW magazine. BMW have recently launched a massive advertising and marketing campaign, which focuses a lot on BMWs being about more than just driving, and about more than just cars. The campaign focuses on lifestyle, on BMWs being a way of thinking - and more specifically, they go on and on about delivering Joy to their customers. Pure, unadulterated joy.

Perhaps this explains why BMW are so keen on getting all owners of new and used BMWs reading their publications Autel Maxisys MS908CV. By getting them to read it not only do they keep BMW owners involved and informed, but they have more of a chance of implanting this marketing message into their brains, and theoretically doing a lot to help the BMW branding and the BMW marketing team when the time comes to measure the success of the campaign!

The publication, which isn't a monthly publication, but is instead published bi-yearly so as not to overpower people with lots of irrelevant news, compiles all the latest events, releases and other news pieces into one easy to read and high visual magazine. With the aid of lots of pictures they aim to make the content as light and easily digestible as possible Autel MaxiCOM MK808, rather than bombarding us with page after page of stuffy facts and figures. The most recent edition, for example, talks about the BMW involvement in the 2012 Olympic Games in London, at the same time as showcasing their newest releases and model upgrades. One particular example is the 5 Series Saloon, which they talk about as a class defying model - definitely marketing jargon there!

So, it is interesting to note a whole different area of car based publications. No longer are we restricted to just print magazines - and more than that, we aren't even restricted just to general car blogs and websites any more. Nowadays we all have access to a much wider range of information, from examples like this manufacturers magazine right through to obscure car review sites. Never before has the general public had access to such a incredibly useful collection of information and opinions, and I reckon this will have a very positive effect on people's knowledge levels when it comes to buying cars. After all, you can find out what the car is like and what problems to expect before you even leave the house.
